This commitment was recognized on a national level this March 2024 when we were honored by the United States Department of Commerce with the President’s “E Star” Award for Export Service, the highest accolade given to companies that assist with export services in the United States.

This prestigious award follows the President’s “E” Award received by IBT Online in October 2020, highlighting the company’s continuous excellence and innovation in supporting U.S. small to medium-sized enterprises in their international business endeavors.

Since the initial award, IBT Online has further expanded its services, including collaborative events and resources with federal, state, and local governments to help educate and facilitate online exporting to better serve U.S. small to medium-sized enterprises aiming to grow globally.

The “E Star” Award, endorsed by Gina M. Raimondo, Secretary of Commerce, who wrote "it is my privilege to inform you that IBT Online LLC has been selected to receive the President's "E Star" Award for Export Service in recognition of your company’s achievement in making continuing significant contributions to an increase in U.S. exports. This well-deserved award is the highest honor given to providers of services to exporters.

IBT Online has demonstrated a sustained commitment to export expansion. The "E" Awards Committee recognizes IBT Online’s significant increase in programs serving U.S. small-to-medium-sized enterprises, since receiving the President's "E" Award for Export Service in 2020. The company’s webinars in collaboration with Federal, state, and local governments to help make it easier for companies to understand technical aspects of exporting were also notable.

We were proud to receive this award on May 14th 2024 at the E Awards ceremony, hosted in the auditorium of the Herbert C. Hoover Building at the Department of Commerce, and presented by Diane Farrell, Deputy Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade.
