Andy serves as the Executive Director of the State International Development Organizations (SIDO) and the Director of Federal and International Affairs at The Council of State Governments (CSG).  Prior to joining CSG, Andy served as a senior staffer with the House Small Business Committee, where he played a key role in improving trade promotion programs. Andy has nearly 20 years of international trade and policy experience, including positions at the U.S. Department of Commerce, both Chambers of Congress and in the private sector.
