Manager, International Trade Operations & Program Director MI-STEP at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation

Natalie is responsible for managing the operations activities and specific operations functions to support the International Trade Program. This involves monitoring the performance of the International Trade Program, overseeing contracts, grants, marketing and events. She is also the primary contract administrator for the Small Business Administration (SBA) State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) and is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of grant progress and activity to the federal, state and local partners.
